GIORGOS opened its doors in the heart of Lindos in 1995, with a clear and lasting vision: to offer quality food and drinks at fair prices, in a space that feels both modern and relaxed — a place where everyone, local or visitor, could feel truly welcome. From day one, our focus has been on honest flavors, carefully crafted cocktails, and a kind of hospitality that comes straight from the heart.

That vision hasn’t changed. Over the years, we’ve welcomed countless guests — families, travelers, and friends — many of whom return year after year, making GIORGOS part of their summer story. Our menu is curated with care to offer something for every taste, blending Mediterranean character with international favorites, accompanied by handpicked wines and some of the finest cocktails in Lindos.

But GIORGOS is more than a name. It’s a tribute to Giorgos, the man behind the original building, and father and father-in-law to Eleni and Samis — the family who transformed his space into the bar you see today. Giorgos lived and worked here for many years, and when the idea of GIORGOS Bar was born, he agreed to the change on one heartfelt condition: that his favorite seat in the bar would always remain his.

That seat is still here. So is his name, proudly above our doors — a reminder that true hospitality begins not with the menu, but with the people who serve it.
